Pre-season practice
(Starts after tryouts, ends at Christmas Break. This is separate from the regular practice schedule.)
*GYM rental: 2 sessions during the week, 1
on the weekend. 4-7 hours of practice per

Training takes place 1 hour before each practice. Giving athletes 6-10 total hours of training and practice each week

*Uniforms (IF YOU ARE A RETURNING MEMBER YOU WILL ONLY HAVE TO PAY FOR ONE NEW JERSEY AND PACK BACK IF YOU DID NOT GET A NEW ONE THE PREVIOUS YEAR)

To help save money, hotels are billed per tournament. This saves you a lot money on hotel cost. We stay in the CNN/Omni when we go to Atlanta. In Washington DC we will be staying at one of several hotels within 10 min. or less walking distance to the convention center.
